You can request Sedans and SUVs even four to six hours before you need them. We will accommodate your requirements depending on the pickup area.
How Late Can I Cancel the Luxury Limo Today Car Reservation?
We have different refund policies for our vast collection of vehicles depending on their demand and availability.
- 24 hours prior for Sedans and SUVs
- 48 hours prior for Vans
- Seven days prior for Buses, limousines, and special vehicles. No refund will be given if you cancel the reservation before one day.
If you request cancellation after the given timeframe, we will charge 50% of the payment as a cancellation fee. You will not get the refund in the passenger’s NoShow case or if your driver is on the way to pick you up. On refund, a 4% credit card fee will be deducted when payment is already received.
